In this activity, students will learn physical activities designed to enhance physical fitness and wellbeing in addition to learning concepts behind movement. Students will also learn to reflect on exercise and wellness activities including their impact on health and wellbeing.

In this activity, students will watch the Boot Camp video and reflect on their learnings on keeping fit and healthy.
Exercise and Wellness Journal
In this activity, students will record exercise and wellness activities including the date, duration, what the activity was and reflect on how the activity made them feel.
Boot Camp
In this activity, students will think about their own activities with what they’ve learnt including keeping safe while conducting health and wellness activities.
